Vernacare's 3 Litre Sharpsafe® yellow sharps container with semi-translucent lid is designed to be used in conjunction with the Sharpsafe Tray to form integral part of the Sharpsafe Near Patient Sharps Disposal System (NPSD).
The Sharpsafe® 3L yellow sharps container is specifically designed with large aperture for the safe disposal of clinical sharps, minimising the risk of associated injuries.
Container comes with a translucent lid with the fill line clearly visible, and inkjet printed waste segregation message help prevent overfilling. With four audible clicks feature to confirm that the lid and base are assembled securely for safe use.
Sharps container also has in-mould label that offers permanent audit trail which cannot be removed.
Additionally there is a the temporary and final closure feature provides reassurance when the container is at capacity, the final closure is activates to prevent any potential spillages and overfilling. The safety shield is made from 100% recycled material.
Designed with a strong and rigid body, made from robust, high-quality polypropylene that prevents sharps penetration through the wall of the container.
