Shipping & Returns

Delivery & Handling

A handling charge of $7.50 +GST applies for deliveries within Victoria and South Australia, or $15 +GST for other states and territories for all orders under $250 (excluding GST.)

All orders over $250 are supplied freight free, excluding bulky items where freight is charged at cost (unless otherwise specified for that product.)

 

Returns and Credit Requests

Where a customer wishes to return the Goods, they must request a Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) and may not return the goods before receiving the RGA number from Warner & Webster.

When requesting an RGA, the original invoice number is required to be quoted. All returned goods must be properly packed, clearly labelled with the RGA number, and returned via Warner & Webster’s nominated means.

To the extent permitted by law, returns will not be accepted if:

  • The Goods were delivered more than 24 hours prior to the request for return;
  • The Goods are returned incomplete, or have been used;
  • The Goods are received by W&W in a damaged or unsaleable condition, or are not in their original unopened packaging;
  • The Goods were not stored and/or shipped back to Warner & Webster in accordance with the manufacturer’s or Warner & Webster’s recommendations;
  • The Goods are not normal stock items and have been procured by Warner & Webster to meet a specific customer requirement;
  • The Goods are not returned to Warner & Webster’s nominated warehouse;
  • The Goods have expired;
  • The Goods are cold chain category products; or
  • The Goods are no longer required because of the customer’s change of mind.

If it is determined that the customer was not entitled to return the Goods, Warner & Webster may charge a re-stocking fee (the greater of 15% of the cost of the Goods returned or $30) together with any other charges (including freight) incurred by in connection with such return.

If a handling fee was charged at the time of the purchase of the Goods, the customer will not be entitled to a refund or credit of that handling fee.
